That’s why Carry Cubo bags come with a lifetime guarantee. If there is a manufacturing defect in materials or workmanship, we will, at our discretion, repair the product, or replace it with a fully-functioning item in similar or better condition.

We design to embrace change as part of life, and expect our gear to see a lot of it. Normal wear and tear, accidental damage, and cosmetic damages that do not affect the functionality of the bag are not covered.

The Limitations

Only original, unaltered, and unmodified materials and workmanship are covered by this policy. This guarantee does not cover damage caused by accident, improper care, abuse, negligence, or the general and natural breakdown of colors and materials over extended time and use. All materials eventually show age and wear. This warranty primarily covers defects or failures that impact the core functionality of the product.

This warranty only applies to the original purchases made from our website or an authorized reseller, is non-transferable, and is valid only for the period of time the products are owned by the original purchaser. If the product is exchanged, the replacement product becomes your property and the product returned becomes Carry Cubo’s property. We also reserve the right to change and modify this policy over time.
