Carry Cubo products are covered by a warranty for the lifetime of the product, given that:

1. The product is used for the purpose intended
2. The product is used under normal conditions
3. The product, workmanship, and materials are left original, unaltered, and unmodified
4. The product is not subject to accident, improper care, abuse, or negligence.

This warranty only covers defects or failures that impact the core functionality of the product under responsible use. This warranty does not cover the general and natural breakdown of materials over extended time and use, including but not limited to:

• The natural breakdown of colors
• The natural ageing and breakdown of materials
• Normal wear and tear

We may, at our sole discretion, repair or replace a product covered by this warranty. Do note that shipping/transportation charges required for a repair or exchange may apply and are not covered by this warranty.

This warranty only applies to the original purchases made from our website or an authorized reseller, is non-transferable, and is valid only for the period of time that the products are owned by the original purchaser. If a product covered by this policy is exchanged, the replacement product becomes your property and the product returned becomes Carry Cubo’s property.

We reserve the right to change and modify this policy at any time without prior notice.

To make a claim, please email support@carrycubo.com for evaluation. Proof of purchase, order details, description of fault or damage, and relevant photographic evidence will be required to assess and process warranty claims.
