Our bags are made of a combination of different materials, picked for their abrasion resistance, strength-to-weight ratios, tensile strength, and flexibility/structure. Most of our materials are nylon, or a blend of nylon and ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene (UHMWPE).

Wherever we can, we choose to use recycled materials, including for all our main exterior fabrics. For some materials, like our nylon-UHMWPE materials, where no recycled options are currently available, we've been exploring what it would take to get there.

We recommend hand washing and/or spot cleaning with a mild detergent or soap, and a cloth. Air dry out of direct sunlight. Do not machine wash Carry Cubo bags.

Like all coatings, the DWR (durable water repellent) coating will eventually rub off with heavy washing. If you're doing a lot of washing, reapplying a coating of DWR is recommended. DWR Spray is available from major retailers.

All orders will ship out within 1-2 days of purchase. Shipping times depend on your location, but are general 2-7 days within the USA. If you register an account with us you can track all your orders on the Orders tab of your account page.

We accept returns within 30 days of purchase. Since we want you to love your bag, no restocking fee will be charged. For International orders, customers are responsible for return shipping costs. For US orders, return shipping is free, and our team will generate the label for you! Simply reach out and we'll get your return and refund on its way.

All our products are backed by a lifetime warranty. This policy covers manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship that affects the functionality of the bag. This does not cover accidental damage, cosmetic damage, or the natural breakdown of materials over time.

If there is an issue affecting the functionality of your bag, contact us so we can do our best to help you out. If you think your bag arrived defective, contact us immediately and we'll do everything we can to right that wrong.
