Design
Incredible comfort and lightness 🤯
Finally, an everyday pack actually made for all day wear. Thanks to a hidden feature you won't find on any other everyday travel bag: the ergonomically curved foam frame. Embedded in LEV-24's back panel, it uses thermoformed foam to retain a curved shape, staying light enough not to weigh you down. Cloud-like comfort, like your back has never felt before.
Thermoformed frame sheet. High density EVA foam retains an ergonomic convex shape, for superior comfort at a low weight.
Ventilation channel. A deep channel backed with metallic mesh promotes convective air flow, reducing trapped moisture and heat.
Airmesh. 20mm thick pads on either side of the back panel are soft and highly breathable, for comfortable skin contact.
Dual density straps. A durable, open cell foam contacts against the skin, laminated to a closed cell, nitrogen-infused outer layer that adds rigidity.
Organization

Go beyond organization and tune your pack to exactly how you live. Clamshell open to pack like a suitcase, or top load like a traditional ruck-sack. Keep everything in place and within reach, in the 11-pocket workbench. Carry almost anything, using four stowable accessory straps.
Access

LEV-24 gets what you need, when you need it. All six external pockets are designed for kinematic on-body access. From wide-open side access to the main compartment. To deceptively roomy front, rear, and stealth access pockets. To a workbench pocket intuitively designed for no-look on-the-front access.
SplineZip
All in one.
The centerpiece of access on LEV-24 is the cleverly curved SplineZip. Four zipper pulls. Six precisely placed curves. A single #10 zipper track. Enabling wide-open side access, top access, and clamshell access. Lightweight solutions that do more.
The curves. SplineZip runs front-to-back along the base of LEV-24. Then curls toward then up, along the back panel. Finally bending forward along the top of the pack.
The side access. Open either side panel up wide, by sliding a lower zipper pull up along SplineZip.
The clamshell access. Pack like a suitcase by positioning the upper zipper pulls at the lower corners of the pack.

Our material choices prioritize performance and lightness, even where you can't see it. From a high tenacity, 100% recycled Nylon 6,6 exterior, with a weatherproof carbonate coating. To a diamond ripstop Nylon reinforced with Ultra High Molecular Weight Polyethylene (UHMWPE), a high abrasion resistance material with a tensile strength 10x higher than steel. To durable YKK zippers and aluminum hardware. High performance materials used in uncommon places.

Recycled high tenacity Nylon 6,6. Weatherproof carbonate coating. High abrasion resistance, water resistance, and durability.
UPND 200
UHMWPE reinforced, ripstop nylon with a diamond weave. High abrasion resistance, tear strength, and light weight. DWR coated for water resistance.
